Recognition highlights Outdoor Living Systems’ long-standing commitment to putting homeowners at the heart of every outdoor remodeling experience
For more than three decades, Outdoor Living Systems has believed that a successful outdoor remodeling project is about more than beautiful results. It’s about creating a remodeling experience where homeowners feel confident from the first conversation through the final installation.
That commitment has once again been recognized by Qualified Remodeler, which has named Outdoor Living Systems a 2026 Customer Satisfaction Leader.
Each year, Qualified Remodeler’s Customer Satisfaction Report recognizes home improvement companies with very high levels of customer satisfaction. More than 80 companies are profiled in this year’s report, and those companies are recognized as Customer Satisfaction Leaders.
The report is produced in collaboration with GuildQuality, an independent customer satisfaction and feedback platform. Customer Satisfaction Leaders are selected from GuildQuality’s thousands of members based on both their customer satisfaction performance and their demonstrated systems and processes for delivering a consistently positive customer experience.
For Outdoor Living Systems, the recognition is another reflection of an approach that has been at the center of the company since its founding in 1992.
