Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
Larry Green, CEO and Co-Founder of System Pavers, has built his business around the concept of
enjoying the outdoors. So it’s no surprise that after 25 years of growing one of the
most successful outdoor living companies in the U.S. and a combined 40 years’ experience in the industry,
that he is still just as passionate about helping homeowners create their outdoor dreams as the day he started.
President / Co-Founder
Doug Lueck is the Co-Founder and President of System Pavers,
an East Coast native turned Southern California local, and a 30-year veteran in home improvement and outdoor design.
His keen attention to detail, passion for creating beautiful living spaces and innovative
outlook on the future of outdoor living helps to set his company, System Pavers, apart as the leaders in the home improvement industry.
Chief Financial Officer
Scott Neamand is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of finance, accounting and operational experience and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of both privately and publicly held companies.
Scott started his career in Big four public accounting at KPMG and since joining the private sector, has worked in several industries including: construction, consumer products, entertainment, ecommerce and internet services.
Scott’s experience includes IPO’s, debt and private equity raises, mergers and acquisitions, operational and capital restructuring and international operations in China and Japan.
Raymond D. Lolley
Director of I.T.
Raymond Lolley has over 25 years of experience as an IT professional,
a degree in Network Design with an emphasis on management, and currently holds certifications in security,
web development, and Microsoft MCITP Enterprise.
He has extensive experience across many industries including mergers and acquisitions, retail sales,
managed services, and for the past 15 years as a Director of Information Services.
Director of Training
For over 15 years, Jennifer Michalik has helped people achieve exceptional results through proven training programs.
She has extensive experience developing innovative strategies and tactics designed to facilitate change, drive results and empower people.
Jennifer comes from a background of consulting, training, landscape design and sales. She has both a BA in Finance and a C27 Contractor’s License.

Regional Vice President
Jennifer has over 17 years of Sales and Leadership experience and has been with System Pavers for 13 years.
She has dedicated her 13 years to building
Southern California to become the leader in Superior Design and excellent Customer Satisfaction.

Leen Van Bergen
Regional Vice President
Leen has 37 years in the Home
Improvement Industry and has been with System Pavers for over 18 years.
Leen is an experienced Leader, and is dedicated to developing other strong
leaders. He has committed the last 18
years of his career to building a strong culture in the Northern California region.
How he does this is by constantly providing unwavering customer service and superior design installations.
Regional Operations Manager
Danny Simmons has more than 15 years
of experience in both residential and
commercial home improvement. Danny joined System Pavers in 2009 and has since been fully
committed to setting the standard in customer service for the industry.
Since his start with System Pavers, Danny has assisted in growing
Northern California’s construction team, and instilling a culture of growth, service,

Regional Vice President
Josh has spent his entire professional career in design and construction.
First in theatrical and film Set design, then in civil construction,
and for the last 13 years leading the Washington, Oregon, and Colorado markets for System Pavers.
Josh holds dear the company mantra of "Outdoor living, designed around you";
encouraging uniquely designed projects and seamless execution for all of our customers.
Denver Operations Manager
Aaron has over 15 years of leadership,
sales, and training experience, and has
been with System Pavers since 2008.
Aaron is highly dedicated to providing
excellent customer service, and takes
pride in maintaining an office comprised
of positive thinking individuals working
together as a team, always striving
Portland Operations Manager
Sam has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry,10 of those
years has been spent working for System Pavers. In this decade,
Sam has managed and operated multiple offices in the pacific northwest division.
Sam also has a passion for high customer service for internal and external customers. Sam now oversees
the Portland market and has helped
it become more successful in creating a positive work culture and maintaining high standards in leadership.
