Goodbye 2012, Hello 2013!
New years are times for resolutions and reflections. As we move into an exciting new year for System Pavers, we reflect on some of many accomplishments and wonderful moments of 2012. Here are some highlights that reflect our company&aposs values now and in the future.
In January, we were awarded the coveted GuildMaster Award for exceptional customer satisfaction. Only a small number of home improvement businesses throughout North America earn this level of achievement. Thanks to every member of the System Pavers team for making this happen year and year!
After numerous entries and weeks of voting, we were glad to announce in March the winners of our Ugly Backyard Contest, Mike and Gaile Gonzales, who won $5,000 toward an extreme System Pavers backyard makeover.
Another highlight of 2012 was our first-ever referral contest which resulted in an all-expenses paid African Safari trip for two for California customers, Don and Ana Schuman. By referring friends to System Pavers, they earned entries into our random drawing and were the lucky winners. We can&apost wait to continue this new System Pavers tradition and award more of our loyal customers in 2013.
And keeping with the giving theme, we were happy to offer visitors to our Home Show booths in all of our markets throughout California, Washington, Oregon, and Colorado with a chance to win $5,000 toward the outdoor system of their dreams. This year our lucky sweepstakes winners were April Butterick, Nancy Biasotti, and Nicole Dericco-Bacigalupi.
System Pavers celebrated their 20 year anniversary this year. With much to be grateful for, System Pavers hosted two holiday drives to give back to the local community. With the winter weather covering Seattle and Portland, our cheerful canvassers set out to spread the holiday spirit to their local community as well.
Finally, our 2012 ended with another huge tribute to our design and installation teams when we received the prestigious 2012 Super Service Award from Angie&aposs List. Awarded by the nation&aposs leading provider of consumer reviews on local service companies, we were recognized for meeting strict requirements in areas of customer ratings and reports.
What&aposs to come in 2013? We plan to deliver the same award-winning service for every project every step of the way. Our commitment now and moving forward, is to always put our customers&apos needs and satisfaction first. From our family to yours, we wish you a fantastic New Year!
