System Pavers® products are installed by our own professionals in conformance with our installation quality specifications. We are so confident that you will be delighted with the quality of our workmanship that we provide the following guarantee, subject to the conditions below:
For Systems Pavers products other than SP TURF ® and SP SHADE products, stucco, mortared walls, pool plastering, coping, fireplaces, fire pits, barbeque islands, other outdoor elements, masonry and tiling, if within Twenty Five Years of the completion of the work, the workmanship of the installation fails to conform to our installation quality specifications or there is a defect in the product, we will, at our election, repair or replace the products at our own expense.
For Systems Pavers SP TURF ® and SP SHADE products, if within Ten Years of the completion of the work, the workmanship of the installation fails to conform to our installation quality specifications or there is a defect in the product, we will, at our election, repair or replace the products at our own expense.
For all stucco, mortared walls and pool plastering, coping, fireplaces, fire pits, barbeque islands, other outdoor elements, masonry and tiling, if within two years of the completion of the work, the workmanship of the installation fails to conform to our installation quality specifications or there is a defect in the product, we will, at our election, repair or replace the products our own expense.
Conditions
For this Guarantee to be effective:
- You must notify us of any failure as soon as you become aware of it. We will not be responsible for repairing additional damage due to defective conditions not timely corrected.
- This Guarantee does not cover damage due to causes other than defects in the products or the installation, such as, but not limited to, causes described in the Home Improvement Agreement.
- If we must replace products, we cannot guarantee a color match.
- If changes are made to the System Pavers products or their installation by anyone other than System Pavers, this Guarantee will be void.
- This Guarantee does not cover normal maintenance, such as cleaning, weed removal and turf grooming or changes in lighting caused by changes in landscaping or vegetation growth.
- This Guarantee does not cover products manufactured by third parties, except for pavers, SP Turf, SP Patio cover products and low voltage lighting fixtures.
- This Guarantee will be void if you do not pay in full under the terms of your Home Improvement Agreement with System Pavers upon the completion of the work.
This document is a summary of certain rights that you have under your Home Improvement Agreement with System Pavers. In the event of any difference between the terms of this summary and the Home Improvement Agreement, the Home Improvement Agreement will control. The applicable installation quality specifications are set forth the Home Improvement Agreement.
